This is not the same type or quality of swivel hook that was advertised. The quality of the one advertised when I made the purchase is the main reason I chose this vendor. The one that that was delivered is cheaply made and could be replaced with any regular hook from the dollar store.
I did not receive the anti tangle swivel with my order and have not heard back from customer support yet.
The swivel does make it easier to continue 'play' as it doesn't get tangled.

It doesn’t bounce like a normal pickleball and you need to hit it harder than you actually would in a game. Cheap and a complete waste of money!
